1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with a valid proof of purchase.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Digital products or downloads.
  • Sale items (unless defective).

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at contact@myluvina.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and an address to send the product.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • If the item is not in its original condition.
  • If it is returned after the 30-day window.

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account and payment provider (e.g., PayPal or credit card statement).
  2. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
  3. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at contact@myluvina.com for assistance.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@myluvina.com with photos of the damage.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item or arranging a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at contact@myluvina.com.

  • After 24 hours, we may not guarantee cancellation as the order might already be processed.
